Minh Carrico has been affiliated
with our studio since his arrival in New York City in 1999. Originally
from Little Rock, AR, Minh moved to Austin Texas in 1987 to attend St.
Edward's University. After graduation he opened his successful photography
studio, Minh Carrico Photography, which operated in Austin for eight
years before his move to New York. While running his studio, Minh learned
that being a talented photographer means much more than having a good
eye and good equipment. It means being a problem solver, having a go-with-the-flow
attitude, and building and being a part of a responsive and quality
oriented team. In addition to being a very talented and creative wedding
photographer, Minh has worked on many commercial and editorial projects,
including projects for 3M, Atlantic Records, Detour Magazine, Horizon
Bank and Trust, the university of Texas at Austin, Time Out New York,
ASCAP, Empire, Moe Ginsberg, MTV, and many more. His exhibitions in
New York include " Moving forward by looking back" and his
most recent project "Lone Stars in the Big Apple", which features
portraits of individuals who lived in the state of Texas and then moved
to New York City.
